Sausage Ball Puffs

Ingredients-Dry:

  • 4 1/2 Tbl butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbl sour cream

Ingredients-Wet:

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Ingredients-Other:

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together.
  3. Add wet to dry, mix well.
  4. Fold in cooked sausage and cheese.
  5. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
