Ingredients:
- 8 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened 1⁄4 cup grass fed butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup monk fruit
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a food processor combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a heaping spoonfull, divide mixture into 12 mounds.
- Freeze for 1 hour or until set. Can store in freezer or in refrigeratorafter set.
- Enjoy 1 fat bomb!
