Ingredients:
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 1 Cup half and half
- 1/2 Cup Lily’s chocolate chips
- 1 Tsp glycerin
- 3 Egg yolks
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 Monk fruit
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips to mixture for last 20 seconds of blending.
- Add to ice cream maker and churn until set.
