Ingredients:
- 2 Tbl coconut cream (or heavy whipping cream if don’t have)
- 2 Tbl butter, softened
- Mix above ingredients together, then add:
- 1/4 cup monkfruit plus 2 Tbl
- 2 egg yolks or 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- To all of the above, then add:
- 1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips, Lilys
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Directions:
- Spoon into muffin pan with liners and pat down.
- Refridgerate 30 min or freeze 5 minutes.
- Bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes.
