Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. coconut oil
- 2 tbs. grass fed butter
- 4 tbs. natural creamy peanut butter
Directions:
- In a pot over medium heat, melt together coconut oil, butter, and peanut butter until well combined.
- Spray 4 openings of a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Equally distribute melted peanut butter mixture between the 4 openings.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour, or until solid.
- Enjoy 1 peanut butter fat bomb!
