Ingredients-Dry:
- 4 1/2 Tbl butter, melted and cooled
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbl sour cream
Ingredients-Wet:
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Ingredients-Other:
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 2 cups sharp cheddar
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients together.
- Add wet to dry, mix well.
- Fold in cooked sausage and cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes
