Ingredients:

Meats:

  • 13.5 lbs chicken thighs, bone in
    • Remove 20% bones
    • Remove 50% skin from the thighs
    • Weigh AFTER skin and bones are removed
  • 21 oz chicken liver

Wet Ingredients:

  • 24 oz Bone broth or 24 oz water
  • 12 raw egg yolks
  • 12000 mg wild salmon oil (6 pumps)
  • 600 IU vitamin E (1.5 ml)

Dry Ingredients:

  • 18000 mg (18 capsules) taurine
    • remove capsule
  • 600 mg vitamin B complex (1.5 scoop)
  • 4.5 tsp lite iodized salt
  • 12 tsp psyllium husk powder

Directions:

  1. Remove appropriate skins and bones.
  2. Cut up chicken thighs in pieces to feed through grinder.
  3. Mix together thighs, liver and hearts…then send all through the grinder.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over freshly ground meats. Mix well.
  5. Spoon up servings and freeze.
