Ingredients:
Meats:
- 13.5 lbs chicken thighs, bone in
- Remove 20% bones
- Remove 50% skin from the thighs
- Weigh AFTER skin and bones are removed
- 21 oz chicken liver
Wet Ingredients:
- 24 oz Bone broth or 24 oz water
- 12 raw egg yolks
- 12000 mg wild salmon oil (6 pumps)
- 600 IU vitamin E (1.5 ml)
Dry Ingredients:
- 18000 mg (18 capsules) taurine
- 600 mg vitamin B complex (1.5 scoop)
- 4.5 tsp lite iodized salt
- 12 tsp psyllium husk powder
Directions:
- Remove appropriate skins and bones.
- Cut up chicken thighs in pieces to feed through grinder.
- Mix together thighs, liver and hearts…then send all through the grinder.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over freshly ground meats. Mix well.
- Spoon up servings and freeze.
