Twiced Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients-Wet:

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbl heavy cream

Ingredients-Other:

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (topping)
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Steam cauliflower and drain. Squeeze moisture out using a cheesecloth. Mash as you would potatoes.
  2. Mix together wet ingredients.
  3. Add to cauliflower.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!

Sausage Ball Puffs

Ingredients-Dry:

  • 4 1/2 Tbl butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbl sour cream

Ingredients-Wet:

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Ingredients-Other:

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together.
  3. Add wet to dry, mix well.
  4. Fold in cooked sausage and cheese.
  5. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes
  6. Enjoy!

JalapeƱo Popper Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 Tbl butter
  • 1/2 med onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup jalapeƱos
  • 2 cups chicken brothe
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon, crumble and reserve.
  2. Saute onion to translucency.
  3. Add pepper, chicken broth and chicken.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 20 min.
  5. Heat cream cheese to soft and warm. Wisk into soup and add cream.
  6. Add thickener if desired.
  7. Top with cheese and bacon.
  8. Enjoy!

Taco Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bison or ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
    • or make your own:
      • 1 Tbl minced garlic
      • 2 Tbl chili powder
      • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 can rotel
  • 16 oz. beef broth (chicken broth works as well)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook bison (or beef) and drain.
  2. Add meat all other ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!

Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbl heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbl cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbl monkfruit sugar substitute
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then combine dry into wet.
  2. Pour into a buttered (or spray with cooking oil) mug or bowl.
  3. Microwave for 1 min 20 sec.
  4. Flip cake onto a plate.
  5. Enjoy!

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chicken breast, drained
    • or 1 cup cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 block cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch (made with sour cream instead of mayo)
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce

Directions:

  1. Warm up all ingredients in a sauce pot.
  2. Add chicken.

  • 13.5 lbs chicken thighs, bone in
    • Remove 20% bones
    • Remove 50% skin from the thighs
    • Weigh AFTER skin and bones are removed
  • 21 oz chicken liver

Wet Ingredients:

  • 24 oz Bone broth or 24 oz water
  • 12 raw egg yolks
  • 12000 mg wild salmon oil (6 pumps)
  • 600 IU vitamin E (1.5 ml)

Dry Ingredients:

  • 18000 mg (18 capsules) taurine
    • remove capsule
  • 600 mg vitamin B complex (1.5 scoop)
  • 4.5 tsp lite iodized salt
  • 12 tsp psyllium husk powder

Directions:

  1. Remove appropriate skins and bones.
  2. Cut up chicken thighs in pieces to feed through grinder.
  3. Mix together thighs, liver and hearts…then send all through the grinder.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over freshly ground meats. Mix well.

    • remove capsule
  • 400 mg vitamin B complex (1 scoop)
  • 3 tsp lite iodized salt

    • Note: If you can’t source hearts, add 14 oz back in of thighs AND add 4000 mg (4 capsules) Taurine

  • 4000 mg wild salmon oil (2 pumps)
  • 200 IU vitamin E (.5 ml)
