Ingredients:
Meats:
- 11 lbs chicken thighs, bone in
- Remove 20% bones
- Remove 50% skin from the thighs
- Weigh AFTER skin and bones are removed
- 14 oz chicken liver
Wet Ingredients:
- 16 oz Bone broth or 16 oz water
- 8 raw egg yolks
- 8000 mg wild salmon oil (4 pumps)
- 400 IU vitamin E (1 ml)
Dry Ingredients:
- 12000 mg (12 capsules) taurine
- 400 mg vitamin B complex (1 scoop)
- 3 tsp lite iodized salt
- 8 tsp psyllium husk powder
Directions:
- Remove appropriate skins and bones.
- Cut up chicken thighs in pieces to feed through grinder.
- Mix together thighs, liver and hearts…then send all through the grinder.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over freshly ground meats. Mix well.
- Spoon up servings and freeze.
