Ingredients:
Meats:
- 5-5.5 lbs chicken thighs, bone in
- Remove 20% bones
- Remove 50% skin from the thighs
- Weigh AFTER skin and bones are removed
- 7 oz chicken liver
Wet Ingredients:
- 8 oz Bone broth or 8 oz water
- 4 raw egg yolks
- 4000 mg wild salmon oil (2 pumps)
- 200 IU vitamin E (.5 ml)
Dry Ingredients:
- 6000 mg taurine (6 capsules)
- 200 mg vitamin B complex (1/2 scoop)
- 1 1/2 tsp lite iodized salt
- 4 tsp psyllium husk powder
Directions:
- Remove appropriate skins and bones.
- Cut up chicken thighs in pieces to feed through grinder.
- Mix together thighs, liver and hearts…then send all through the grinder.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over freshly ground meats. Mix well.
- Spoon up servings and freeze.
